I came here looking to find a few low sodium breakfasts and all you tall about is “homemade this or homemade that” are you kidding be? I am a 60 year old male liveing with a toaster oven, a toaster, Microwave and a lousy little hot plate that is just plain inconsint at best and your answer is to stuff like “low sodium homemade toast” what even is that?
