Air Fryer Cheese Steaks With Green Pepper

Ingredients

  • 2 green peppers, cut in 1/2 and seeded
  • 1 sweet onion, cut in small wedges
  • 4 pieces of Steak-umms
  • 3 oz. fresh mozzarella

Directions

Place green peppers and onions in basket of air fryer.

Spray with a tiny bit of oil

Cook 360 degrees for about 12 minutes or so. Toss onions around and turn peppers

Remove onions to a bowl when getting a bit brow and cooked- set aside peppers

Now add the Steak-umms to the basket and cook 360 degrees for about 6 minutes, checking and chopping up the meat.

Mix meat with onion and most of the cheese, tossing well. Fill the peppers and top with a few cheese pieces.

Place the filled peppers in the basket again, and cook 360 for about 4 minutes more.

This was cooked in a 1700 w air fryer. If you have a different wattage, adjust times.
