Turkey Marsala with mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound package of Turkey breast cutlets (can substitute chicken)
  • (4 oz. serving = 125 mg sodium)
  • 6 large white mushrooms sliced thinly
  • (35 mg sodium)
  • 1/3 cup Marsala wine
  • (3 oz = 6 mg sodium)
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Tarragon
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Lemon Pepper (cracked)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place turkey cutlets in a rectangular casserole dish.
Pour wine over the cutlets.

Sprinkle with tarragon, pepper, garlic powder and cracked pepper.
Top with sliced mushrooms and sprinkle with onion powder.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes

Serves 4 at approximately 135.25 mg sodium per serving
