Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 T. mayo
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 pinches tarragon
  • 1/4 c. dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 12 oz. roasted turkey, diced
  • 1/3 c. sliced almonds
  • Fresh pepper

Directions

Mix the yogurt and mayo, add onion, tarragon, cranberries, celery and mix well. Fold in turkey and almonds.

Season with pepper.

Serve over you favorite lettuce
