Ingredients
- 4 tbsp low sodium mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp homemade, low sodium, bread & butter pickles, minced
- Sprinkle of garlic powder and onion powder or Mrs. Dash
- Bit of pickle juice (optional)
Directions
1. Mix the mayonnaise and minced pickles together in a bowl.
2. Add in a sprinkle of garlic powder and onion powder to taste (or use Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb or Herb & Garlic)
3. Mix well and add a touch of pickle juice if the mixture needs to be thinner.
Makes about 6 tbsp.
Sodium content will depend on the sodium contained in the mayonnaise used.
