Ingredients
- 4 oz beef
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 14.5 oz cans no salt diced tomatoes, basil garlic, oregano flavor
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 1/2 t. diced garlic
- Pinch red pepper flakes
Directions
Saute beef, peppers and onion. Add tomatoes and seasonings.
Stir and simmer for about 1 hour.
Serve on pasta, angel hair, spaghetti, etc.
Top with a bit of Parmesan and black pepper.
