Ingredients
- 4 oz. cooked turkey, I used frozen Honeysuckle White Bone In Turkey Breast
- (that contains 200mg sodium), chopped
- 1 slice onion, chopped (1mg sodium)
- 1 pinch or 1/8 t. Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle no salt seasoning
- Put above in food processor and pulse.
- 1 avocado, mashed (14mg sodium)
- 2 T. mayonnaise (180mg sodium) or use lower sodium mayo
- 1/2 t. fresh lemon juice
- Blend these together
Directions:
Now mix the turkey, avocado and lemon juice together.
Total 395mg sodium. Makes 2 nice servings or use as an appetizer spread.
Unsalted Matzo crackers are great to use with this spread.
