Ingredients
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, finely diced (about 1 c.)
- 16 oz. (1 pint) sour cream
- 1 t. Mrs. Dash original salt-free seasoning blend
- 1/8 t. dried garlic powder
- 1/8 t. ground white pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium-high.
Add onion and cook, stirring, 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Measure sour cream into a small mixing bowl.
Add the sauteed onion and seasonings and mix well to combine.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container and refrigerate until serving.
