Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound homemade turkey sausage
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 tsp 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder/onion powder/pepper blend
  • Pinch of pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1-1/4 cups milk

Directions

Crumble and sauté turkey sausage in a large frying pan. Add butter. When the butter melts, stir into sausage.

Sprinkle with flour and seasonings. Stir for a couple of minutes to cook flour.

Add milk and stir continuously until thick. Serve over biscuits and hash browns.
