Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 8 cloves roasted garlic, mashed or chopped
- freshly ground black pepper
- 3 T. butter
- a bit of milk
Directions
Cook potatoes until soft. Drain and add the garlic, pepper and butter, Mash well and add a bit of milk if necessary.
Serves 3. About 100 mg per serving. You can lower the sodium by using unsalted butter.
