Ingredients
- 2 T. cider vinegar
- 2 T. oil
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/4 head purple cabbage, chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
Mix vinegar, oil and sugar well.
Add the cabbage, onions and a dash of pepper.
Mix everything and refrigerate for a few hours.
