Ingredients:

  • 1 T. sesame oil
  • 6 oz grilled, boneless pork, cubed (or use fresh ground pork, but saute for 5-7 minutes in skillet)
  • 1 t. minced garlic
  • 1 t. freshly grated ginger root
  • 2 1/2  c. thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 T. Chinatown low sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 oz angel hair pasta
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish.

Directions:

1. Heat oil in large skillet.

2. Place pork in food processor with blade and grind til no large pieces remain.

3. Add pork to hot skillet.

4. Add garlic and ginger to skillet and stir.

5. Add the cabbage and carrot to the skillet and saute for about 5 minutes until a bit limp. Now add the soy sauce.

6. Cook pasta in unsalted, boiling water for 3 minutes, drain well and add to skillet.

7. Stir everything well. Serve hot.

8. Serve in bowls and top with green onion for garnish.
