Ingredients
- 15 oz can of mandarin oranges, drain and save 2 T juice.
- 3 1/3 c. fresh pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 c finely minced cilantro
- 2 finely chopped seeded jalapenos
- the reserved mandarin juice
Directions
Cut the oranges in half or thirds and add remainder of ingredients
Cover and chill at least 2 hours
Serve with low sodium or no salt tortilla chips
