Ingredients
- 3 bunches fresh basil, leaves picked
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- ½ lemon juiced
- ½ cup fresh grated parmesan
- ½ cup pine nuts (optional)
Directions
In a food processor, add in basil, garlic, lemon, parmesan, pine nuts.
Turn food processor on and slowly drizzle in olive oil. Mix with a spoon, scraping the sides.
Blend again for 30 seconds to make sure everything is finely chopped and fully incorporated.
Use on meats, pasta or anything you like!
