Fresh: Onions red and white carrots potatoes (baby, regular and sweet)

Tinned goods:

Low sodium diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste
Low sodium tinned vegetables and fruit assorted peas corn and creamed corn and peaches mandarin oranges
Low sodium tuna and salmon
Apple sauce

Legumes tinned and dry:

beans black navy chick peas lentils red and green split peas kidney and white beans
Peanut butter regular and all natural crunchy (0 sodium)

Freezer:

Kirkland Normandy mix vegetables frozen and also frozen regular mixed if the sodium isn’t too high.Assorted meats chicken breasts and thighs roast beef pork and lamb ground beef salmon tilapia basa pork and lamb chops
English muffins
No salt butter in freezer
Ginger fresh pre sliced then frozen
Home made turkey/chicken stock
Kirkland chicken and beef stock as well

Pasta:

Rotini penne elbow shells Chinese dry noodles
Quinoa Rice brown and white and wild No sodium rice cakes
Steel cut oats
Hemp hearts

Figs nice treat low sodium high calcium

If I wasn’t allergic would keep nuts as well great low sodium protein.
