Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. dry oatmeal
- 1 T. no salt baking powder (Haines Featherweight- found on internet)
- 1 c. milk
- 2 egg whites
- 2 T. oil
- 1/2 t. almond extract, optional
- blueberries, chopped pecans, optional
Directions
Mix well, and using a 1/4 c. scoop, fry pancakes.
Serve with maple syrup.
Suggestion- Make a double batch and freeze them for a quick breakfast.
