Ingredients
- 1lb baby carrots
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Boil carrots until tender crisp. In saucepan, combine juice and cornstarch over moderate heat until thickened. Stir in mint and cinnamon. Pour mixture over carrots and coat well.
