Ingredients
- 10 oz. ground beef
- 2 slices onion, minced
- 1/2 rib celery, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t. onion powder
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. basil
- 1 t. oregano
- 1/4 c. no salt tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Panko
- low sodium marinara sauce, optional
Directions
Place ground beef in bowl with onion and celery. Mix egg, onion and garlic powder, basil, oregano, tomato sauce and Panko. Now add this to the ground beef and and mix very well.
Divide evenly into 3 mini loaf pans. Bake about 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Top with you favorite low sodium marinara sauce.
