Ingredients:

  • 8 oz extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats or no salt cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp no salt homemade mustard (or Westbrae)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • dash Tabasco sauce

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

2. Spray small casserole dish or small loaf pan with non stick spray….bake in 350° F oven for about 30 min or until cooked through….drain any fat.

3. Let sit for a few minutes before cutting into two portions.

Makes two servings, each serving has 274 calories and 233 mg sodium.
