Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fresh mango, chopped
- 1 c. fresh pineapple, diced
- 4 sweet red mini peppers, sliced
- 4 thin slices jalapeno pepper, diced
- 3 slices red onion, diced
- 1/2 t. fresh cilantro
- squeeze of lemon juice
- squeeze of lime juice
- a bit of fresh ginger, grated
Directions
Mix everything and refrigerate for an hour.
