Lynn’s Meatloaf for Two

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats or no salt cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp no salt homemade mustard or Westbrae
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • dash Tabasco sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Spray small casserole dish with non stick spray….bake in 350° F oven for about 30 min or until cooked through….drain any fat.

Let sit for a few minutes before cutting into two portions.

Each serving has 274 calories, 233 mg sodium, 15g carbohydrates.
