Ingredients
- 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
- 1 cup homemade no sodium bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp grated 100% Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp no sodium Mrs. Dash Herb & Garlic seasoning
Directions
1. mix all ingredients together, form into 25 meatballs
2. cook in the microwave, stovetop in a skillet, or you can bake in the oven until no longer pink inside
3. drain on paper towelling
