Ingredients for the dry mix:
- 1/2 cup Saco buttermilk powder (4 tbsp has 8 calories, 166mg sod, 13g carbs)
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
Directions:
To make the salad dressing:
2 tbsp of mix
1 cup mayo (lowest sodium)
Milk to make to desired consistency
To make a dip for veggies, crackers or chips:
1 tbsp of mix
1 cup fat reduced sour cream
Mix together and put in fridge for several hours for the spices to blend and the onion to soften.
