Ingredients
- 1/4 cup instant, dry oatmeal
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup 1% milk
- 1 tbsp of jam, jelly, preserves*
Directions
1. Put oatmeal and water in a microwavable bowl and cook for one minute.
2. Stir, add jam, jelly or preserves.
3. Pour milk over all.
*Using fresh fruit, in season, is preferable and will lower the calories.
