Ingredients
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp ground sage
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1-1/2 tsp thyme
- 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp dry minced parsley
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder (Herb-Ox)
- 1 tbsp tomato powder
Directions
Pulse in blender and store in an airtight container.
To coat chicken – add 1 oz of mix to 1 cup of all purpose flour.
