Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cup cornstarch
- 6 T. low sodium beef bouillon
- 2 t. onion powder
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t. pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients and store in air tight container. To make gravy add 3 T. of mix to sauce pan and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to light boil and then simmer for 1 minute.
This recipe makes enough dry mix for 11 batches of gravy.
The original mix called for 2 tsp of instant coffee to the dry mixture to get darker color, but I do not use coffee at all but feel free to add it for a richer color.
