Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground pork (475g)
- 4 tbsp NAS chicken broth
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well in a large bowl.
Divide into 6 large patties.
Fry each side until no longer pink.
Drain well on paper toweling.
Freeze once cool.
