Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes, cut in wedges
- cooking oil or olive oil, for spraying
- 4 T. no salt dry onion soup mix (in files)
Directions
Place potatoes skin side down on cutting board, and spray them with oil. (or, put oil in plastic bag and fill with potato wedges and shake well)
After wedges are oiled, sprinkle lots of onion soup mix onto them.
Heat air fryer for 3 minutes if necessary.
Place wedges in air fryer basket, cook 10 minutes, toss or move around and add more onions soup mix, and heat 10 more minutes- don’t let them burn, but make sure they are soft.
