Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp lemon flavored white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (or more, if desired)
Directions:
1. Place the white chocolate chips (or baking wafers) into a microwavable bowl.
2. Add the cream cheese and lemon juice and give the mixture a stir.
3. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for about 15 seconds, stir and repeat for about 1 ½-2 minutes until the chips and cream cheese has melted and the mixture is relatively smooth when stirred.
4. A few of the chips may still be visible, microwave a few more seconds if you want them completely melted.
Makes 2 servings, use over pancakes, waffles, muffins, cake, etc, each serving has about 73mg sodium.
