Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can nsa black beans, drained
- 1/4 t. Trader Joe’s Chili Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 c. Trader Joe’s nsa Fire Roasted Salsa
- 1 small can roasted green chiles,diced, low sodium
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Mash beans with 1 T. water or pulse in blender.
Layer the remaining ingredients in the order listed. End with green onions on top.
Refrigerate for an hour or two.
Serve with no salt or low sodium tortilla chips.
Total sodium is 563mg. Will be 9 good servings at 63mg each for dip.
