Ingredients
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup broth – I use my own canned chicken
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cloves garlic or heaping T minced garlic
- 1 tsp fresh ginger root, diced very small
- 2 T cornstarch .
Directions:
Combine cornstarch with LOSO soy sauce. Add this to the remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer, reduce and cook til slightly thickened. Cool and store in fridge or can be canned.
Optional: can either leave in or take out the bits of garlic and ginger root. I leave mine in.
