Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground chicken (or turkey or beef)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon Hot sauce
- 1/4 head cabbage Finely shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) can whole water chestnuts, drained and diced (optional)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ground black pepper, to taste.
Directions
Chop all Finely and then fry up in olive oil, serve in Butter lettuce or any kind of lettuce shaped like a cup
