Ingredients

  • 8 cloves roasted garlic, mashed and diced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 t. red wine vinegar
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1/8 t. black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to combine.

Serves as a salad dressing, a dip for vegetables, as a spread on sandwiches or as a topping on baked potatoes.

Total sodium in 1 2/3 c. of the dressing is 540mg. There are 22mg sodium in each Tablespoon.
Mixture can be thinned by adding more milk, but you must add in the sodium of the milk.
