Ingredients
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- olive oil
- no salt Italian seasoning
Directions
Chop veggies
Add a little oil to a medium-hot frying pan.
Add chopped onion and pepper.
Allow to fry until they are beginning to get soft.
Sprinkle with seasoning and add tomatoes.
Stir a bit until tomatoes are warm.
Serve with grilled Italian Sausage (low sodium, if available). Or use as a base for pasta sauce.
