Ingredients
- 2 1/2 – 3 c. bread flour
- 1 T. dry yeast
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 T. honey or sugar
- 1 c. warm water
Directions
Mix everything together by hand or in heavy duty mixer with dough hook.
Knead well. Form into a ball.
Spray oil inside of a large bowl. Place dough ball in bowl, get it coated with oil, and turn over to get bottom oiled.
Cover with plastic wrap, then a towel. Let rise for about 1/2 hour or until double in size.
Punch down dough, shape into a long loaf, Place on an oiled cookie sheet. Let rise until doubled, about 20-30 minutes or so.
Bake in preheated over for about 25 minutes. Let cool.
