Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts divided into 4 pieces
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbs Chinatown Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup white all purpose flour
  • 3 tbs unsalted butter divided

Directions:

1. Season both sides of the chicken with the onion, garlic, and pepper

2. Dredge the chicken in the flower on both sides

3. Heat a frying pan and melt 2 tbs of the butter

4. Once the butter has melted add the chicken and cook until no longer pink in the middle. About 3-4 minutes per side

5. Once the chicken had been cooked, remove it and set aside,

6. Using the same pan, melt remaining butter

7. Add the chopped garlic to the butter and saute for 1 minute getting the butter infused with the garlic flavor.

8. Add the apple cider vinegar and using a wooden or plastic spoon, mix everything together making sure to get the crusty bits from cooking the chicken. (they has tons of flavor)

9. Add the Honey and mix well, let simmer for 30 seconds

10. Return the chicken to the pan and simmer on each side for 45 seconds making sure the chicken gets coated with the honey sauce.

Serve with your favorite vegetable. Make sure you spoon some of the sauce over each piece of chicken.
