Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mustard seeds
- 1/4 cup dill seed
- 1/4 cup coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp crushed chili peppers
- 2 tbsp crushed bay leaves
- 1 tbsp celery seeds
- 1 tbsp white or black peppercorns
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place out of the sunlight.
Use as is when making pickles or place in cheesecloth for easy removal.
