Thank you! Just found this website. Been struggling on restricted sodium diet for a few months. Even harder because I am homebound and have very little help when it comes to my meals. I have shoppers but they aren’t here at meal time. I am sick of low sodium triscuits and cheese or avocado!! So I started writing out recipes and searching online to compare and tweak them before I have my BFF come and we do some cooking and freezing.
