Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground pork (475g)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp mild paprika
  • 1/8 tsp coarse sea salt
  • Grease for cooking

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Make into 12 small patties.

Cook over medium-high heat until no pink remains. About 8 min on one side, flip and cook other side.

Drain well on paper toweling.

Freeze when cool.

Makes 12 small patties each one having 87 calories, 42mg sodium.
