Ingredients
- 2 tsp ground Szechwan pepper
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 2-1/2 tsp ground fennel seeds
- 2 tsp ground star anise
Directions
Crush or grind all the ingredients and place them in a small jar.
Shake the jar well to blend the spices.
Store in an airtight container and out of the sunlight.
