Ingredients

  • 6 c Home made turkey stock sodium maybe 35mg x 6cups 210mg
  • 1 heaping soup spoon/2tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 2 med Onion white
  • 2tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil of choice for sautéing onions garlic ginger mushrooms
  • 2tsp White miso paste 270/tsp x2= 540
  • 2 tbsp Coconut sauce 2 tbsp 360 / 1 tbsp 2×360= 720
  • 2 bricks Firm tofu 0
  • 1c Green and red peppers diced
  • 1.5cups Mushrooms
  • 1.5 c Corn 10/1/2c x 3 =30 mg
  • 1c Edamame 34mg/1/2 = 68mg
  • 1 tin Creamed corn to tweak texture 10mg 1/2 x3 = 30
  • 3 med( 1.5c) Carrots 1c=88mg 132
  • 1.5c Green cabbage cuz I had some 12.6mg
  • 1 tin Bamboo shoots 0mg
  • 1 tin Water chestnuts 0mg

Directions

Baby bok choi at the end 4 heads 45.5mg/head ? 182mg
Noodles chow mein which are zero on sodium
Could also add bean sprouts and or rainbow salad mix

Total 1924.60 /12 = 160.38 /serving that is before noodles which will increase number of servings
