Ingredients
- 4 bone in chops
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 3/4 tsp crushed rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
Directions
Place chops in shallow bowl. In separate bowl, mix EVOO, 3/4 tsp rosemary, sage, paprika and pepper together.
Pour over chops and coat with mixture.Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium high.
Cook chops for 3-4 minutes and turn. Cook until just cooked through.Butter mixture:
Place slightly melted butter , garlic and remaining rosemary into bowl and mix. Drizzle over chops.
