Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 tsp jarred garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 can Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/2 can water
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except soup and water.
Form into 20 balls.
Brown in a large skillet. If they won’t fit, do half at a time.
When browned on all sides, add the mixed soup and water.
Stir to coat the meatballs.
Cover. Let cook about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over potatoes.
