Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup beef stock low sodium or 1 c. water and 2 t. Herb Ox no salt Beef Bouillon
  • 15 ounce can no salt black beans
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1-2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes, optional
  • Serve with white or brown rice
  • 1-2 t. Herb Ox no salt Beef Bouillon
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

1. In a large skillet, combine your ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire, and soy sauce. Stir occasionally until the ground beef is fully cooked

2. In a medium pot, add in water, bullion and your rice. Follow the directions on the back of the package.

3. Add in the beef stock or bullion and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in your black beans.

4. Whisk in the flour and allow it to simmer for another 5 minutes.

5. Taste and add in pepper, to your liking.

6. Serve on top of rice.
