Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (1/2 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme (1/2 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 8 oz pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1/8 tsp salt substitute or more to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper or more to taste
- Cooking spray
Directions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. Combine oil, rosemary, thyme and garlic in a plastic baggie.
3. Add pork, turning to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
4. Remove pork from bag; discard marinade.
5. Sprinkle pork with salt substitute and pepper.
6. Place pork on grill grates coated with cooking spray; grill 16 minutes or until no longer pink, turning occasionally.
7. Remove pork from grill; let stand 5 minutes.
8. Thinly slice.
Serve with a big salad or with a baked potato and green veggie.
