Ingredients
- 3 Gala apples, chopped
- 2 ribs celery,diced
- 1/3 c. dried cranberries
- 1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
- 4 T. mayo
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Directions
Mix apples, celery, cranberries and walnuts.
Mix together mayo and lemon juice.
Now, mix the apple mixture and mayo mixture together.
