Ingredients
- 6 strips of sodium reduced bacon – cooked and diced into tiny bits
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 4 oz white, button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 2 tbsp Chinatown soy sauce
Directions
Cook bacon, remove from the pan and diced.
Add the veggies into the frying pan with the bacon grease and cook until tender crisp.
Add the cooked rice in with the veggies and mix well until all is heated through.
Add bacon back into the pan and mix in 2 tbsp of Chinatown soy sauce.
Mix thoroughly until all is heated. Divide into 4 portions.
