Ingredients
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ¾ cup butter (not margarine as they won’t set right)
- ½ cup icing sugar
- 1 cup sifted flour
Directions:
Sift together cornstarch, sugar and flour.
Blend in butter. Shape into 1 inch balls.
Place on cookie sheet about ½ inch apart. Flatten with a floured fork.
Garnish with Maraschino cherries if desired. Bake in 300°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
Watch carefully as these will burn very quickly. Store cookies in the fridge once they have been cooled.
