Ingredients
- 2 14.5 oz cans no salt diced tomatoes
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 t. cumin
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. homemade no salt chili powder
- 1 t. oregano
- 1 medium onion, diced
Directions
Heat to boiling, turn down heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Let cool, and use a blender or stick blender until smooth.
