Ingredients

  • 2 14.5 oz cans no salt diced tomatoes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 t. cumin
  • 1/4 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. homemade no salt chili powder
  • 1 t. oregano
  • 1 medium onion, diced

Directions

Heat to boiling, turn down heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Let cool, and use a blender or stick blender until smooth.
