Ingredients

  • 20 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 4-5 breasts)
  • 1 cup Fake Shake’n Bake (in files) (will only use about 1/2 cup)
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 14 oz Easy Stir-Fry Sauce (in files) (1 oz/14 cal, 54mg sod)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F

2. Cut each chicken breast into 4-5 pieces. Dry slightly with paper toweling, place in a baggie with the Fake Shake ’n Bake (you will only use about 1/2 cup so values are based on 1/2 cup rather than the whole cup). When coated, place on a baking sheet that has been lined with foil and sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Cook for about 20-25 minutes (turning them over halfway through) or until no longer pink in the middle.

3. While chicken is cooking, place a 1 quart saucepan over medium heat with the oil, add garlic. Cook about 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant, stirring constantly. Add Easy Stir-Fry Sauce, grated ginger and pepper flakes; heat 1 to 2 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

4. Remove chicken from oven; transfer to large bowl, and toss in heated sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
Serve with cooked rice and broccoli (values not included).
